The roundtable format was originally developed by MacIntyre’s Dementia Project team, in conjunction with me, as a way of bringing staff together in regional locations, with pre-chosen topics, to provide peer support for each other within an informal learning environment.

The guide gives tips and advice for any organisation wishing to organise and run a roundtable event for staff, from arranging a venue to preparing topics.
