This resource, which is aimed at social care staff but offers useful information for everyone, supports the national STOMP campaign: Stop the Over Medication of People with a Learning Disability, Autism or both. The guide aims to raise awareness of poly pharmacy (a phrase used when a person is taking 4 or more medications) and offers advice to help reduce instances of poly pharmacy.
