Having worked with ICHOM (International Consortium for Health Outcomes Measurement) throughout most of 2015 on the creation of their ‘Standard Set for Dementia’, I am pleased that this work has now been published and can be found here.

I was joined in the creation of this ‘Standard Set’ by people who are living with dementia, leading physicians and measurement experts to discuss and debate the outcomes that matter most to people with dementia after they have been diagnosed. It is hoped that providers around the world will start to measure these outcomes to better understand how to improve the lives of people who are living with dementia.
