As the external consultant for MacIntyre’s Dementia Project, I’m delighted to share links to the resources from the Wellbeing for Life Toolkit that MacIntyre are now making available on their website.
The resources are from Theme 5: The Dementia Pathway, which I reviewed for MacIntyre in Summer 2017. I went on to revise much of the content as part of my consultancy role.
